Andy Wyatt Andy Wyatt - Consultant Project Manager

Andy's main expertise is in real-time control systems, with a focus on automotive engine control. He has extensive experience in C and assembly-level coding of microcontrollers.

Andy was awarded a Bachelor of Science (Computing) from the University of Sydney. His second degree was in Mechatronic Engineering, with a thesis on an adaptive engine control unit.

Andy joined BCS Innovations in 2000 on a part time basis while completing his degree, he receiving First Class honours and University Medal at University of Sydney. He has been a key playing in BCS’s success . Back in 2003, he was the main technical drive behind several BCS projects including the Blood Glucose Meter, which won Australian Design Award.

Andy sponsors and supports several education initiatives, including Tournament of the Minds, Formula SAE and is on the Macquarie University Engineering Industry Advisory Council. He has also represented BCS as a founding member of Embedded Systems Australia in their steering committee. In addition to his other achievements and duties he is on the Board of Adaptronics Electronics P/L, a company specialising in design and manufacture of aftermarket engine control units for modified cars.
